Terrible service from Trafalgar Property Management

I have been having the most challenging time with Trafalgar Property Management after someone at one of the properties that they manage drove through the back wall of my property, which happens to be a shared wall. I have been in contact with Kayla Barnard, since 21 August 2023, who has been completely dismissive of the safety issue that this damage presents for myself and my family. Further to this, she has also been shockingly laissez faire about my requests to escalate this issue.
