TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM CARETAKER

I am residing at Unit 8 Culemborg Court in Florida. I moved in on the 1st of November, I was communicating with Herbert(Caretaker) prior to moving in to find out if the Unit is ready, when I called him on the 31st October he said I should come in after 5 on the 1st as he still needs to paint the bathroom, When we arrived they were still busy but he advised I can leave my stuff but I wouldn’t be able to sleep there because of the paint, he said he needs to finish painting and change the doors locks, hang the curtain railing and bring the lease agreement, I asked him if he could come early Friday morning(03/11/2017) as I had other things to attend to the Thursday, he agreed we would meet on Friday morning. Friday Morning when I spoke to him to ask what time he would be coming he told me he needs to paint another unit so we should reschedule, I asked if we can meet on Sunday as I am working on Monday and he agreed. Sunday morning Herbert came to me to complain about my visitors? I told him im not aware what happened apparently something happened outside with my visitors, I told him im not aware of anything as I was not outside, I asked if he is coming to finish the Unit he gave me attitude saying The office will deal with me, and still up to that point I did not receive a lease agreement. I tried calling your office on Monday, Lyle was not available, when I asked the receptionist to transfer me to a complaints department I was transferred to a dead line. Yesterday when I arrived home, I received a letter stating “notice to Vacate”, in the letter it says I need to be out by the 30th November, with reasons stating Violating house rules and breach of lease agreement, now I am really confused as Herbert did not give me any House rules and Herbert did not even bring me a lease agreement to sign, so how can there be a breach?? This letter also states there is enough evidence against me. If there was a problem on Saturday why did he not come to speak to me then, instead he waited till Sunday morning to come and tell me with an attitude.

Please can we come to a mutual agreement and may I please be provided with the lease agreement, I cannot be asked to leave because I broke rules which I am not even aware of. I am very disappointed in the service I have received since moving in, especially from the caretaker because when I met him his attitude was not like this, this man’s attitude has really upset me considering that I never done anything to him.

I sent 2 different emails to the office since 08am this morning (08/11/2017) and no one has even bothered to contact me, yet it didn't take so long to receive this letter from your portfolio manager. I would like to be contacted before close of business today and I would like to have this lease agreement by close of business today otherwise I will be forced to take legal steps against Trafalgar.

Please before close of business today, please ask if I can have the lease agreement sent to me, and if the caretaker can make arrangements to finish up my unit.
