Still waiting for the noisy rattling pipes to be fixed

Trafalgar installed water meter pipes in our flats. Every time anyone is using the water they is a rattling pipe noise and this pipes are installed in my room, so I have to wake up at all odds hours even when someone flushes the toilet, it messes with my sleep routine and am always tired at work. Trafalgar please fix this pipes the same way u installed them 4 months back, what is so sad is we were charged R600 for this installation. Please fix your pipes because I paid for something I didn't even order, why did you change the pipes from before and still charge us for that but can't fix your own mess??
