Stay away from Bel air complex and trafalgar management
Stay away from this company. We don’t have electricity for 3 days. Bel air complex is a nightmare to stay in. We pay a lot of money for that place but it’s so dirty and not well maintained. No electricity, no maintenance nothing!!!

As explained the power outage is a City Power issue and unfortunately neither Trafalgar nor the Body Corporate have any mandate or authority to send an electrician to work on City Power equipment (the issue is with City Power’s transformer).
We have logged calls with City Power and will keep on following up with them.
