sorry excuse for a letting agency

i moved to unit 546 milpark mews in johannesburg on the 31st of july, immediately after receiving keys i took photos of the unit and sent them to the portfolio manager of this area of whatever, i was assured to have the place cleaned and well maintained but only one cleaner was sent to the unit and i along with a friend had to help her as the place was in bad condition. she was being rushed by her manager so she left without completing her duties!! i along with a friend resumed cleaning with my mom coming in to clean the balcony. the flat was cleaned but never maintained? as in, there is gum on the walls, oil spills, globes not working, shower door literally outside the shower, broken cupboards and to top it all? the door handle doesnt work so you literally have to forcefully push it open hence i only lock the burglar. having pleaded with this headache of an agency to clean and maintain the flat forthe past week as i plan on moving out ( its really a bs excuse for a letting agency really) i was promised that contractors or inspectors would come, and ive been dropping my keys at security but they never pitch. so this morning ( 23rd august) the caretaker asked if he could paint and maintain ( yayyy) i left my keys with him ONLY TO FIND MY PLACE UNLOCKED AT THE END OF THE DAY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO JOB DONE ON THIS UNIT, OH AND THIS WAS AFTER I RECEIVED AN SMS FROM TRAFALGAR STATING THAT THE UNIT HAD BEEN MAINTAINED AND INSPECTED... hahaha lets laugh together at the disrespect and negligence? that time i am a paying client of 4700 but these people give no damn hey? this is so funny yet so sad? you send an sms to a client telling them you had fixed the unit when you know you didnt? i mean??? no, honestly! this is the most frustrating, negligent and disrespectful agency there is!

We have investigated the matter and found that there is a plan in place for the maintenance and that it had been comunicated to you. There seems to have been a bit of a miscommunication between yourself and our offices regarding access to the unit.
Trust that everything will be resolved shortly.
