SICK OF THE WATER PROBLEM!

I have tried for a very long time NOT to write this review.I live in one of your properties in Johannesburg CBD.Glencairn,on Albertina Sisulu road. This morning there was no hot water,no explanation ,no communication. This happens almost every week if not every second week,its FREEZING cold in those flats and then on occasion NO HOT WATER ,we must always enquire why there is no hot,its happened over and over again and all I get told is 'They are fixing it' how many times do they fix things if the problem still persists... not even an apology...
