Shark-like behaviour with no communication unless it benefits them.

I've had to evict a tenant end of November 2019 (3 months ago) due to non-payment of rent and breaking conduct rules as agreed upon in the contract (noise complaints etc.)

The tenant received warning letters In September from the body corporate, stating that there will be penalties app**** to the next levy account which I can transfer to the rent (according to contract).

The body corporate never added these penalties until now (end of February), half a year later and 3 months after I evicted the tenant. Now I cannot charge the tenant anymore.

They expect me to pay these penalties by the first of next month, or they will charge additional penalties for late payment.

I've escalated this to Michele van der walt , Claudette du Plessis, Theresa Bredenham and Adele Olivier who work on the complex portfolio. There has no response until I eventually laid a complaint with CSOS. The response simply questioned the CSOS complaint and gave no indication that they will help me.
