Holding selling home owners at ransom by refusing to engage in a meeting to resolve an incorrect (and that's using a nice word!) levy statement. They simply ignore all communications and withhold the clearanc certificate until fully paid up, INCLUDING ******* charges, duplications, non-taxed lawyers bills, invoices not signed by directors ...the list is endless. How can property managing agencies exist in SA AND belong to Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA and National Association of Managing Agents (Nama)
