Ruthless bullies!
I paid my arrears in full including the amount the attorneys said I must pay to settle legal fees and then for 2 consecutive months you still charge me for attorney fees??? And when I query it by Trafalgar I get passed onto the attorneys that never reply! You people are ruthless! Virna hides behind Shirona the attorney who just never has the decency to respond. I have your email stating the amount of the arrears INCLUDING the amount for further legal fees which I paid over and above for. And you guys are still charging me???

25 Apr 2022, 09:59 Trafalgar are contractually obligated to collect levy arrears to maintain service delivery at the building; failure to collect arrear levies would prejudice other owners and erode property values. This levy account was last up to date in November 2019 and as far as we are aware has been tenanted; we are comfortable that due process has been followed. We recommend a referral to the CSOS Ombud or Council for Debt Collectors for a binding external review if deemed appropriate.
