****** off my deposit

9 Months ago, I was busy with the Construction at Savannah Country Estate Managed by Trafalgar. I signed the contract and paid the deposit but was refunded 75% having been officially signed off and was told the 25% is not refundable. I did follow up with the office via Adele to no success. I then did my research only to find out that this has been their common practice. My attorney advised I should write letter of demand and if no response then I should report the matter to Authority.

The Estate Agency affairs board should get involved, Crime intelligence and perhaps the public protector should investigate this Company as it is making money from ******** practice.

They dont even pay interest on the money of the deposit and will come up with all claims to end up not paying the money. Unfortunatley I would not allow myself to be a part of the statistic. I want my money and wont let go until they pay me, I am going to use all Avenue to expose this *******ion practiced by Trafalgar.
