Good day - our Johannesburg Innercity Branch Manager - Allyson King tried to contact you on the number given.
Feedback from her side:
The lifts are only not operational for the last week due to vandalism to the lifts by someone using a fire hydrant. The lifts have to be completely dry and providing there are no major damages it should be up and running by tomorrow.
The rentals are market related to the calibre of the building.
Kind regards

Good morning,
Further feedback on the lifts:
brand new Otis lifts were vandalised by a hydrant purposefully left open on the 13th floor. Everything possible is being done to get these working ASAP expecting the 1st new lift to be handed over next week with the 2nd due to follow the week after. New lifts take a minimum of 6 months to order and install and hence the delay to have the new equipment in place, certainly not helped by the most disappointing vandalism.
