Refuse to give information !!!

When we were in a Sectional Title townhouse complex, we realised that we might be over paying our monthly levies and approached Trafalgar for clarity. They refused to give us any information. Our Attorneys even wrote them a letter on 13 Feb 2017 requesting them to give us information which we are entitled to according to the POPI Act and they still refuse to give the details !!! Clearly they have different rules for different owners as certain owners within the complex extended their units without the necessary council approval and therefore their municipal rates and levies payble are incorrect as they should be paying more. We want the public to be aware of their unorthodox business practices !

Good morning,
I have unfortunately not received any contact information for you. Can you please send me an email with more details on your complaint - unit no, name of complex, city etc.
Kind regards

To date, our attorneys have failed to receive any formal response. When we put Marhta into a corner she told us to go and report this matter to the ombudsman and council and that is exactly what we are doing. Be that as it may, we are holding both parties accountable in this matter.
