Refusal of refunding my Deposit

This has been the worst experience of my life, I moved out end of November 2020, they are refusing to pay my deposit, claiming that it paid for damages which is a blatant lie. No matter how desperate you are I do not recommend them, Denise Canham will send you from pillar to post, no straight answer whatsoever.
