Refund of Deposit for termination of lease
I was staying at Trafalgar properties in Protea glen ext 11, and when I terminated my lease and asked for my deposit an amount of R1 208.17 was deducted from R3 600 which I was supposed to receive. I contacted them and asked why the amount was deducted and was told it was for outstanding charges which I don't understand what are they for. When I try to get clarity I get send from pillar to post.
