Questioning Trafalgars Managing Agents knowledge.

This is mostly garden apartments with a few apartments with big exclusive use patios. About seventy thousad rand of Body Corp. funds were spent on fixing the tiles on some of the patios. As a trustee I requesred a quotation from the Sec. Title Act to all trustees as I am convinced that the users of these patios are responsible for the upkeep of these patios. I have made numerous request but I get no response. Also, when a resolution was presented for signature it had the date of signature already completed and dated back about two weeks. Again when I pointed this out to the managing agant I was assured that it was correct. I am not comfortable with this as legal documents must be accurate. Ena Hon
