PRITIKA DURBAN ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AGGRESSION & LACK OF RESPECT FOR RESIDENTS IN AN ESTATE THEY MANAGE PROPERTIES FOR
How one human being could be THAT rude to another is shocking - there is no excuse for the way she spoke to my wife over the phone - we had contacted them to find out if we were billed incorrectly / in error as we had paid our full invoice (Due 1 December 2025) on the 25 November 2025 which but we received an email on the 24th November (paid 24 hours later) - firstly the document was password protected & we were not told what the password was - we enquired & paid immediately upon confirmation from Pritika & then on 11 December 2025 we received an notice stating there was a partial payment outstanding of R500 odd which we wanted to call & enquire about.
Before my wife could even explain the reason for the call or what we were enquiring Pritika the rude individual she is would cut my wife off while she was responding to her questions such as what’s the unit number, or reference number etc. & then proceeded to speak in an increasingly aggressive tone refusing to explain why we were sent this notice. Further to this Pritika would not let us finish answering these questions, while insisting that the property is still in the name of the previous owner (despite being transferred to us over 2 months ago AND despite her sending us as the owner levy statements & receiving payments from us just days prior) - but her error & incompetence still didn’t seem to phase her, she continued on her rant, cutting us off & asking questions in a confrontational tone.
There was absolutely no reason as to why a human being speaking to someone for the first time making an ordinary enquiry, would be that rude unless they wanted to come across as aggressive. It didn’t make sense as to where this “partial outstanding” amount came from as it was not on the invoice she sent before we made payment. She then proceeded to tell my wife off as stated by her that she is “dealing with 600 odd emails” and cannot address the query or tell us when we’ll receive clarification - bearing in mind a it was urgent in nature as we did not want to leave any outstanding amounts due at year end - IF indeed the email was correct & not sent in error. The tone & manner in which people are dealt with is unacceptable - what started as a very simple query, turned into an extremely aggressive & confrontational response from her.
Why she chose to be so extremely rude to a simple query is beyond comprehension - this is not the way you treat people let alone acceptable conduct for an employee in a professional setting. There’s no excuse for such poor ethics & attitude, in her environment she is expected to deal with levy & account issues & does not seem to have the patience & professionalism for it. Clearly she is overwhelmed by all this or needs help / anger management classes. Trafalgar allowing staff to treat clients like this is reason enough to avoid any estate that’s managed by them & there are a slew of reviews detailing the exact same experiences - it’s a mystery how a company like this is still in existence. Their rates must be extremely cheap, which explains that you get the service you pay for.
Please train your staff, they deal with old people, vulnerable people, people who are sometimes billed incorrectly & still being threatened & yet instead of owning mistakes or listening to understand what the actual enquiry is about, they’d rather tell you off because they have “600 unread emails to respond to” & that for them justifies lambastingyou for no reason. Clearly they are both understaffed & undertrained. Absolutely disgraceful!!!
