Poor service, mismanagement and *******ion
Trafalgar Property Management in Table View ****** me of my hard earned cash due to mismanagement, *******ion and incompetence. They overcharged me for water consumption for 7 months and are refusing to pay me back even after they acknowledged their mistake BUT they refunded other owners. Now, be they want to make owners pay a Special Levy. Why must I pay a Special Levy to get my money from them while they refunded other owners and kept quiet about it?!. They are terminating their services to my complex - they are going to run without refunding me. They need to be exposed to the public! Kayla, Karen, Glynis office staff are sending me from pillar to post when I ask about my refund!!!

06 Jul 2023, 16:20I am being ****** by the ******* Trafalgar from Table View and the trustees of Sagewood. Due to their incompetence they overcharged us for 7 months for water consumption. When the error was discovered, they made a **** promise that they will refund us. They only refunded "the selected few" and left me out. They denied refunding people but when I sent them PROOF from one of the families that was refunded, they disappeared!!! I am still waiting for their findings and my refund. I sent proof on 15 June 2023. ******* and Arrogant Trafalgar People - this issue has been dragging since March 2023. They are sending me from pillar to post.
