Poor service ever

Worse service ever, I was misled when I viewed the house in Pinetown Arcade, signed a lease for a different house then moved into a different and smaller house, when complained I was told to pay additional for a new lease. There was a leak which was direct on to my bed, it took them over two weeks to fix it, my furniture got damaged and they ignored my complaint and never accounted for the damages, they instead told me to move to another house and refused to help me move the furniture. I reported issue with water keypad, it took them two days to resolve it after they told me to resolve on my own, I reported a bulb which is not working they told me to check if it’s a fuse or what, till today they never fixed it.
