Poor service and lack of ethics

In the beginning of the year our complex change our property management from Trafalgar as their services were very poor.

Due to lack of communication from them, I still continued to pay my levies in their account. When I informed them about this era, I was ensured I wasn’t the only one and my payment will be transferred to the new managing company by the 15th of February.

They have never done so and the looks of this they don’t intend to do so. Tami, the person handling my query always has a new excuse when I try to follow up about this issue.

If your building is being managed my this company, please vote to get another property management company, they lack basic ethics.
