POOR MANAGEMENT OF ESTATE RULES

the team at Trafalgar managing the Morgenhof Golf Estate have ignored my noise complaint since 2018. I have sent numerous emails with timelines of events and till today I still have to deal with the same issue. There are kids that play soccer right next to my unit, these kids hit my doors and windows with their ball. They make noise while screaming and cheering each other. They literally stand by my window when doing this. This goes on till late hours of the night. This is very unfair, as no communication has ever gone out to all resident (like they do with other complaints) to inform them that their kids can not play soccer in the estate. My peace is forever disturbed. I can not enjoy my porch as I will definitely be hit by a ball. My complaint to them directly has fallen on deaf ears. The security guys do absolutely nothing about this as sometimes these kids will refuse to go away and say the security guys said it is okay for them to play soccer.
