After all the hassles and an arrangement in place i just got a notification of being blacklisted by them. How does this make sense. Timeously the same constant nonsensical ****.

Randburg Square Apartments-Inner City JHB. There is no consistency or clarity on this account. I will not pay anything until this is sorted. Time and again if its not the electricity problem than its being blacklisted. Paying and paying but it never goes down.
