Outstanding service from Cape Town Manager Lauren De Freitas

<p>It is rare to find someone who not only does their job but goes beyond the call of duty. Lauren de Freitas from Trafalgar Properties in Cape Town did just that for us on Sunday night. She took my call at about 18h30 and made a grim situation better. She handled the problem head on and after getting positive results after 21h30 at night, we could all rest easily.
