On a pets free Estate they allow residents to have dog

I stay in Waterfall View Estate managed by Trafalgar and I have been complaining about my neighbor having a dog for more that a year and I don't get any feedback from Trafalgar. i have sent numerous emails with no response. Trafalgar is just a useless levy collection agent claiming to be a property management. Now other residents are starting to get dogs, soon the estate will be full of pets.

Good morning.

I received some interim feedback that our Birdhaven office is working with the Estate Manager in getting the pets removed.

It has been over a year and everytime time the owner of the dog keeps saying he ll send the dog back to his home town and now other residents are starting to have dogs. Trafalgar is not taking any action.

The dog is still not removed. The Estate manager visited the dog and greeted it and left, that was it

We have just spoken to the Estate Manager and he will go past the unit again today. He said that he visited the unit yesterday and did not see the dog.

Please keep in mind that we have to rely on the Estate Manager for these things.

We will keep following up on this matter

Hi Carlos, I appreciate the same email you sent to Mpho every time, and Mpho's feedbacks of going to the house with the dog and getting greeted by the dog. In the meant time the dog is still there 1 year 2 months later, I still have to deal with the noise of the dog, the noise of the children and pick up whatever dirt that they throw into my garden, when they are busy running up and down the driveway provoking the dog. One year 2 months Trafalgar has done nothing, and this is the property management service that I am paying my levies for. I can't even work from my house anymore.
