No response to fix ddamages

On the 21st of this month it would be a year that i have been trying to get Trafalgar to fix the damages in my house caused by rain. Both my bathrooms are leaking through the solid roof and have damaged the paint and light fixture, the window frames are rusted through and leaking through whenever it rains. Due the lack of gutters water is seeping through the walls in to my kitchen and garage. i have reported all of this and nothing is being done to fix it. No a year later the damages are worse and i have had to use a camping lantern as a light in the one bathroom as i have been waiting for Trafalgar to send the contractor to fix the damages.
