No help for Trafalgar

Once again I have no option but to point out how unprofessional Trafalgar Managing Agents are.

I have been begging for some sort of feedback since the beginning of Jan for some sort of indication as to when my leaking roof will be looked at not to mention the videos and pictures that have been sent numerous times to them of the water damage this has caused in my unit, cupboards are at the point of falling off the walls.

A trustee meeting was held in the beginning of June I have sent countless emails and phone calls to see what was the outcome of that meeting, to date I am still waiting for their feedback.

You cannot get an answer out of these guys but they will email you to inform you that your levies will be going up.

Sick and tired!!!!!
