No electricity even without loadshedding at Lilyfield

Trafalgar has not settled its debt with the municipality and now the electricity at Lilyfield has been disconnected. We have been without power for hours and I even wonder if we will be reconnected over the weekend because they switched off the power on Friday. Had Trafalgar kept up to date with payments and not been in arrears, we wouldn’t be in this position. This is SO frustrating as a resident who always pays their rent and water bills as and when due; now I am suffering because of matters out of my control. Worst part is even at the beginning of the year I had to deal with Trafalgar problems whereby there was no hot water FOR WEEKS. Truly the worst!

Good day, Trafalgar was not able to settle the Body Corporate's bill with the municipality due to the owners not paying their levies.  We need your money to pay your bills.  We managed to make a payment arrangement with the municipality but would need to settle the account quickly.

Less than six months later and we are back here again. We have received communication stating that payments are being made and reconnection will happen however we have gone two days without electricity now.
All our food is going off and we have to spend more travelling to where we can get electricity to get our devices charged. This is SUCH an inconvenience and is very very frustrating.

Good day,
Our Pretoria office have been in contact with you in this regard.  As explained we need your money to pay your bills.  We are looking into options for the Trustees to decide on a way forward in this regard.
