New Car vandalised in the complex

<p>I have had the worst experience of my life at a new complex managed by Trafalgar called Calswarld luxury apartments, had to even cancel my holiday, for months i have been complaining to the complex management about my noisy neighbours, and this complaint was taken lighty, till a month ago when they decided to evict these tenants, in that i went to management of the complex to ask them to protect my property as these tenants have become dangerous, only to wake up a few days ago and find out my car has been scratched, quotation to fix this is about 25000 (ZAR), where will i get the money to pay for these damages, This could have been avoided if the management had taken my complaint seriously, Now i have to live in fear in my own home, We are paying rental so that we are given a good place to rent and where we are protected by the security of the complex.</p>
