Never ever rent a property from this agency, They simply deduct from your deposit without any reason!! i have been having so much trouble with them. they charging room, curtain hook installtion and cuboard cleaning R3500. pathatic.

03 Nov 2022, 16:25to clean the floor and cuboard cost you 3500? i told the idiot that came for inspection that i can get sonmeone to clean the place and fix what ever issues that i am respobsile for? he did mentioned that there are no major issues. you simply deducted half amount from the despoit. Dont you verify with the tenenat this is how much it is going to cost you agree or disagree? if you dont agree then get someone to fix the issues. you simply deducted money and sending me invocice for maintence? shame on you.. i will make sure to adevrtise let everyon know on social media. make sure no one rents from you guys again.
