Money Making Scheme Managing agent
The worse money making scheme managing agent I ever come across, whenever they take over any building they start overcharging people and never wants to take any responsibility.
I was charged more than 300% on hot water consumption and they still wants me to Pay R2000.00 to investigate the irregularities from their site, we have terminated they service in one of our building similar reasons and arrogance.
They only interested in collecting our monies nothing else, I think they should change their name to Trafalga Debt Collectors
