Managing Agent to stay clear off

This is my second review on this managing agent. I bought a into a unit. The unit is solely manned by the Developer. The Managing Agent has not yet provided us with financials or levy breakdowns. Insurance claims are contracted out to the developer. Cleaners in the building are subcontracted to the Developer. The developer cannot be engaged in any conversation without ranting and raving. The developer is always on holiday leaving no funds for maintenance of this building.
