Literal trash

I have been dealing with Trafalgar since the start of last year as they deal with the rentals on the block I am living in. Each time I am bewildered at how careless and *********** the people I deal with there are. From not responding to emails for MONTHS, to somehow managing to mess up the rental amount on the contract (?!) as well as gross miscalculation of interest earned on the deposit (this is just to name a few of the recent issues). It was sort of amusing at first, but now, I am fuming. How can someone possibly do their job so poorly? I am truly ****ing baffled.
