Levy account with Trafalgar

<p>I have been in arreas because my financial status was not stable. and when i got the money i paid up my levy account and sent them proof of payment and they confirmed that my account was up to date and now am still charged actually supercharged for arreas after i have paid up and they even send me the Demand letters which i find it unacceptable and unfair because am black am treated unfairly. i have asked them to send me the last mont statement and interim updated statement and they failed to do so and they now have the guts to send me demand letters and overcharging me. Please help in thi recession time. we dont have money. we try to make a living and people are taking advantage of us.</p>
