legal charges passed on

I have previously wrote to Hello Peter and only then I got attention from Trafalgar.Well it's the same case but with a twist.The investigation into my account was done and the it was discovered that the persons responsible for my account were at fault for not updating my account properly.The amounts which I was debited with was reversed .Trafalgar say that the legal charges that was raised on my account could not be reversed by them but by the body cooperate.The body cooperate did not inform me of this and Trafalgar has this amount on my statement. which is accumulating more legal charges and interest..Why is Trafalgar still expecting me to foot their legal expenses when they know that the body cooperate is responsible for this amount..At the moment new attorneys have sent me demands for payment which they have incurred.I am hoping that you will be able to get someone who knows how their admin works if it works.<br> <br> Thank you <br> <br> Geetheswar Baijnath
