Lack of services
Living in a building managed by you has become a nightmare. We bought the place years and ago and have been paying our rates but you have failed to provide services. The building lift was down for months and we had to use stairs to get all the way to the 8th floor everyday with parcels and everything. You shut down the water pipes for quite along time and blamed it on the municipality, now you've completely shut down all water yet we pay rates every month, rates which you increase more than you can provide services. How are we supposed to live without water? We have kids and this is unhygienic. What do you do with the rates people pay?

In order to investigate can you please give me more details - which building are you referring to and which branch of Trafalgar have you been dealing with?
Kind regards
