Lack of Management and responsibility and Deposit injustice

I have rented a place for a year with Trafalgar Property Management in Pretoria specifically Gezina.I have never experienced so much stress, injustice and lack of empathy and taken advantage of. This company never bother to fix even a dripping water tap.They failed to fix everything in the flat for the entire of last year.I was never late with my rent, did my part on time.After the contract ended, I left but now the problem is they don't want to return my full deposit. An amount of R1145 was deducted as vac maintained. I requested the move in and move out inspection from the 1st of August 2024 till date they are ignoring my emails. I have already suffered injustice with this company the least I want is my hard earned R1145.
