Kayla Barnard from Trafalgar just does not care

Trafalgar services are appalling. Kayla Barnard from Trafalgar just does not care. I have water damage in my unit due to lack of maintenance and repairs. Trafalgar as the management agent has been informed several years ago about this issue. Everytime it rains water seeps into my unit. My ceiling is completely damaged and the mold and mildew is affecting my daughter's health. Kayla is not taking this issue seriously and the damage is just getting worse by the day.
