Judgement cleared on credit bureau
I have judgement that still appears on my credit profile and the account was settled long time ago. I spoke to several people in Trafalgar unfortunately i couldn't get help hence i escalates this matter to this website so that we can expose how they treat their clients. Case no: 6849/16. I can't do anything bcoz of this records and is unfair bcoz the acc is up to date.

You need to approach your attorney and instruct them to draft a rescission of judgment application. They are welcome to contact me directly to attend to signature of the consenting affidavit, alternatively to provide them with a paid up letter if not done already, or if a new one is needed with regards to the judgment debt. If you do not have an attorney, we could put you in touch with the firm who initially took the judgment which may assist as well.
Same will be facilitated as soon as the request is received and it is then all up to your own attorneys to finalise same in court. As the application is unopposed, and time constraints have been waived, it normally does get dealt with quickly depending on the courts practice directives and roll congestion.
