******* Rental Contracts

Trafalgar sets up ******* contracts, "forcing" the renting party to pay for fair wear and tear maintenance at their own cost. The so called extract from common law is altered. Questioning maintenance, such as tile grouting, unfinished work due to wear and tear, is met with non-response or quoting of the ******* terms.

I am still to clarify the legal reason Trafalgar puts claim to 50% of the monthly interest earned on deposits. I have not been able to find a scenario claiming this to be legal. Interest is only to be used only for proven damage when the deposit does not cover the extent of the damage or other reasonable costs when the contract comes to terms. Company rates are to be defined separately and can't be claimed from interest related to a damage guarantee, but for this I will seek legal advise.

Either way, avoid at all costs, try and rent directly from the owner. Another ****bag agency, like 99% of them.
