I want my deposit please

I moved out of 39A King Street Room 7 on the 31 December 2020 and till today i have not received my deposit back and when i called yesterday the lady that was assisting me said she will find out for me why its not yet paid in my account but she never called me back as promised for a feedback. and today when i called they still not giving me explanation as to what is holding my deposit. may I please be assisted in this regard.
