horrific no existing service and levies to pay only management frees for trafalgar

trafalgar is the managing agent for our complex. our complex has never had any problems everyone pays levies and the complex doesnt have money as the management fees from trafalgar is our levies. we dont have any backup now we had a burst water pipe and there is no money in the bank account to pay the water. ive been a home owner for 20 years. and no money. i have asked for fiancials, budgets and levy schedules to hand over to my lawyer as i am not going to pay levies just to be used just for management fees for trafalgar and we get no service from trafalgar .
