Hiding in the shadows

Trafalgar act on behalf of the Trustees. When bad decisions are made they hide behind the fact that they take the directive from the Trustees. This allows bad decisions to be made and if not challenged well you get what you get.

Be careful when voting for Trustees with Trafalgar as a managing agent. Transparency, swiftness, fairness, integrity, openess, empathy are lacking alot of the time. Several requests need to be made. Information and helpfulness is not the norm... at least in my experience.

Interesting to note the low score on the platform. Maybe I'm not the only one.

Our Trustees decided to cancel our AGM because the property portfolio manager became ill last minute.

Leaves many questions. If I was the managing agent the right decision would been either to get the vote on the meeting or proceed with a step in replacement or self managed the meeting which we have done times past... but to cancel? Well now.

And to note... when talking with a Trafalgar employee often there is some tradgedy being experienced... especially if they're being challenged.

If this is your experience please comment.

What do you think?

Good day,
We have spoken to all the Portfolio Managers at our Port Elizabeth branch as this is the number you provided on your post.  They have no knowledge of any meetings being cancelled.  Can you please let me know which complex you are referring to and which branch of Trafalgar you have been dealing with.  We can only then investigate your concerns.

Regards
