Have empathy it's a great skill to have

I'm looking forward to moving out. The treatment I have received from trafalgar is appalling. Due to covid my levy payments was behind. I had requested to make a portion of my installment as money was very tight and still is. Other big corporations understood that but not trafalgar. They have sent a second attorney company to hound me for payment. And when I do talk difficulty of the after effects of covid no one listens. I'm so sick of the abuse I receive. There are people that owe trafalgar thousands but I owe R7000 (which I'm still paying off) and I'm treated like I ****** a bank. I'm really disgusted by the lack of empathy from trafalgar.
