Empty promises

Please help I've been called by this company claiming to help me about my Provident fund IV sent all the documents that they need but no money since now here is the last email Good Day Yolanda

Kindly find attached claim forms as per your request.

Please complete the documents and return them to us with the following documents:

1. Certified clear copy of ID (if using Smart Card please make copy on both sides) 2. 1 month bank statement 3. TAX reference number (SARS COPY/IRP5/PAYSLIP)

NB: kindly complete the following Sections: Section B - Employer Name only Section C - Your details Section D - Tick how you left the company Section F - Tick YES on No.01 only (Full benefit payable as lump sum) Section I - Banking details Section L - Declaration by member/beneficiary (Name, surname, signature and date)
