Disgusting treatment
We have been treated unfairly in the past by trafalgar as owners and now as tenants they treat you like ****. I am truly sick of that woman talking to my mom like that. I am really going to take this to the media. Can someone please tell me what trafalgar is there for if yoy cant ask them for help? Rude, no manners. That woman have no way of dealing with people. Really disgusted.

Please can you give me more details in order to investigate this - which property are you referring to and which branch of Trafalgar have you been dealing with?

04 Sept 2019, 20:58Hi Karien.
We are in Amanzimtoti, Afsaal holiday flats. David's branch. We are very unhappy and feel that we are being targeted for some unknown reason. Last year we have gotten letters from them stating there's rumors we are renting our property to **********s, they have embarrassed us and have not been supportive at all. We sold our flat and are still renting a different flat in the same building, since we moved in to the new flat, all the windows are broken, cracked and cant open. The caretaker have tried to get the landlord to fix it but its been a year and few months and the owner still haven't fixed it. She finally said she won't fix it. So when my mom phoned Nazmeera Yunis at trafalgar to ask for advise as to what we can do she very rudely told my mom that its not their problem and we should contact the owner and its not even certain that trafalgar will approve for it to be fixed. So is it our problem and responsibility to fix the owner's property that was like this before we moved in? Why is trafalgar our managing agents if they cant even help with a little bit of advice in a decent manner. Im sorry but that woman is very rude. I have also dealt with her before and she has no way of talking to people. Its unacceptable.

05 Sept 2019, 13:50Good afternoon - feedback from our Durban branch:
Unfortunately we have no mandate to deal with tenants of units and as such, the advice to contact your landlord is correct. All our telephone calls are recorded and we will listen to the call in question to ascertain if the allegations that the Portfolio Manager was rude are correct and take appropriate action. However, we are advised that the conversation with your mother was cordial, although we did advise her that we could not assist in this instance.
