DISGUSTING SERVICE

I’m currently renting w the letting agency! I moved in on February, the damages made by the previous tenant are still yet to be fixed! Trafalgar IS A ****! Their local handyman is negligent and does not entirely fix ANYTHING! He only makes them worse! The door lock on my apartment is very loose (caused by previous tenant) I have reported multiple things but to this day, Their not fixed, their poorly s****ed handyman never even attempted to fix anything. Given their poor service, I’m within my right to use my rent money to pay someone else to come fix it! The balcony barrier is shaky which is not safe for me or people leaving on the unit below mine
