DISGUSTING COMPANY, TRAFALGAR PROPERTY

Trafalgar Property Management is a ***** of a company. please never do business with them and steer clear from these sharks.

when my cupboards broke and i called in for maintenance, they sent an *********** man whom did more damage than good. i reported this to managment again and was told they would send someone else to fix it. no such thing was done. in addition, a drain pipe had come loose on my balcony. i literally BEGGED Trafalgar to fix it as it was messing up my balcony because of the rain and bird feces (birds were literally making themselves at home in the broken drain pipe). again, i received NO help from Trafalgar. just a sad excuse from management, saying they couldn’t do anything to help.

when i has had enough of Trafalgar’s lack of professionalism, i moved out. i lost the majority of my deposit and had to pay for damage i had not done — ie. the wardrobe doors + cleaning the bird ****. the damage on the wardrobe doors was made by an *********** worker they sent, and the bird **** was there because of the broken drain pipe that they refused to fix.

when i moved out, they were selling the apartment - i knew this because i got a call from someone whom worked for Trafalgar saying that they needed to take pictures before i moved out for a potential buyer.

they stole my deposit money to fix their mistakes, to make the apartment look pretty for a buyer!!! they fixed up the apartment using MY MONEY. disgusting.

when i demanded my full deposit back, i heard radio silence. what a nasty company. all your workers are lazy, rude and give the impression that they don’t know what hard work is like.
