DICTATORSHIP
Trafalgar seems to violate every sectional title rule. I live in a complex that has not had a single body corporate meeting. The only member of the body corporate is the developer. I have been asking for financials from them for a year to no avail. The two cleaners are sub contracted from the developer. This is **************** and *****. How are levies being utilised?
