deposits and dirtiness of the flat

trafalgar managed buildings are disaster.I moved into elatus flat in Pretoria arcadia and found the flat very dirty and big roaches roaming around with leaking roof when it rains ,empty bottles of beers from previous tenant and week after moving in their agent comes for inspection by name of Isaac and he saw the state of the flat but he never made any efforts about our complain. We cleaned the flat and bought necessary chemicals to clean. When we move out same agent fails to come for exit inspection and have the nerve to sent us the exit report that stipulates that we left the flat dirty ,we phoned him and he told us that he does not remember the inspection when we move in, the continued to deduct 1500 for dirtiness despite our dispute emails .my advise stay away far away from the properties ,
