Debt collectors receipting fee a ****************

Hi Peter<br> <br> I would like to express my strong disappointment with Trafalgar properties for getting people in unnecessary debt through the so called legal fees and debt collectors receipting fee. This exercise should stop forthwith as it is a broad **************** into the pockets of the ordinary poor.<br> <br> 1. As at 04 May 2015 I was owing Trafalgar properties for levy, water and sanitation R9935<br> <br> 2. The same day the sent me a letter from their lawyers demanding that I should pay a total of R15307 which was the R9935 plus the legal fess of (R4802 + 570)<br> <br> 3. I made an arrangement which was accepted by both parties ie the Lawyer and myself to pay the R15307<br> <br> 4. My disappointment is that Trafalgar wants to trap me in debt, they keep on adding fees apart from the legal fees of R 5372, they have added another R1807 in the name of debt collectors fees on all the amounts that I paid from May to present .<br> <br> 5. At present I have paid R7179 in total fees . Is this fair????<br> <br> I demand the debt collectors fees to be reversed as I feel they are part of the legal fees. What was the point of handing over my account when you still using the debt collector.<br> <br> Disappointed want my cash back!
