Contract not honoured

To whom it may concern, my child has moved into one of your renting units at the Wilgers, with a lot of promises and up to date non of the promises are comp**** to. When signiging the contract permission was given to move in 3 days prior to the 1st of August. Upon receiving the contract a pro-rata rate was added, with out infroming him that it would be added otherwise he would have moved in on the 1st and not on the weekend of 28 July. The promises that are not been honored is safety door at the entrance, stove that is filthy from previous tenants not cleaned, painting not completed inside, stuggle to buy electricity thru the company, did not receive papers in order to complete fo4m for registering access to the property. Please help
